Spaghetti Vongole recipe

Attention Ambra Lovers…Just when you thought our crowd favourite Ambra Limoncello couldn’t get any better, the beautiful Julianne from Adelaide Food Story created a mouth-watering Spaghetti Vongole featuring the delicious liqueur!

This is a super easy and beginner friendly recipe packed with delicious flavour, quality seafood and the powerful zing of our Ambra Limoncello!

Here is the recipe I used for the Spaghetti Vongole:

INGREDIENTS
500gm Spaghetti
2 red chilli finely chopped 5 cloves of garlic, crushed
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup dry white wine
1/4 cup Ambra Limoncello
800 gm Vongole

1/2 cup flat leaf parsley, finely chopped
Salt and Pepper to season

METHOD
1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente.
2. Heat the oil in a large frying pan or wok, add the garlic and chilli and cook for 1-2 minutes.
3. Add vongole, wine and limoncello and cook over high heat for 4-5 minutes or until vongole open up.
4. Add fresh parsley and pasta & a drizzle of olive oil and toss to combine well. Season with salt and pepper
