Over the years we have mastered the craft of four different Gin variants, each capturing the essence of creativity and innovation in the South Australian Distillery Industry. With a focus on handcrafting versatile flavour profiles, we concocted the refreshing flavors of Watermelon Mint, Blood Orange, Citrus, and the aromatic depth of Navy Strength gin.

One of our jewels, Ambra Navy Gin, was honored in 2022 for excellence winning silver medal at Tasting Australia.

Even more so, our most cherished Ambra Watermelon Mint Gin shone in 2022, proudly taking out two bronze medals at the Royal Australian Spirit Awards and Tasting Australia Spirit Awards.

Additionally in 2023, we were also honoured to receive first gold medal at the London Spirits Competition, an achievement that attests to the continuing global recognition of our relentless pursuit of quality.
