Shipping policy

Ambra Spirits will fulfil orders Monday to Friday, within 2 business days of order and payment being processed, any orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the following business day. 

Our delivery provider is Australia Post, Australia wide and APD (Adelaide Parcel Delivery) for all local orders. Shipping generally arrives between 2-8 days from order, however exact time frame can not be guaranteed. Some delays may be experienced due to Australian postal and freight service delays that are out of our control. 

Flat rate shipping for all order is $22.00 (excluding 100ml bottles). We offer FREE Shipping on orders over $150.00 (excludes 100ml bottles). Shipping rates for Bomboniere 100ml bottles will be charged at $22.00 per carton of 25 bottles - Freight charge can be checked when checking out.

We also offer 'Click and Collect' service. Please collect from our Distillery (43 Phillips Street, Thebarton SA 5031) Ambra Office Hours for collection only Monday to Friday 8.00am - 3.00pm, please head to second roller door on James St, alternatively during Distillery opening hours, please refer to our Contact Us page for hours.

Proof of purchase needs to be presented for collection.

Unfortunately we do not offer Express Shipping.
